Experience steady, balanced hormonal therapy the way your body craves by replicating your body's natural pregnenolone production with topical pregnenolone oil.

When your body produces pregnenolone, it does so constantly and steadily over time, not in big doses a few times a day. Large doses of pregnenolone taken by mouth can be stressful on the body, producing the very symptoms you're trying to relieve! How? By creating unsteady hormone spikes and dips that your body may not appreciate. We now have the solution with our topical pregnenolone oil. Get 24 hours of sustained pregnenolone levels by applying this silky smooth transdermal pregnenolone oil to your skin twice daily. Get better results with lower doses.

Why Choose Our Pregnenolone?

Not All Bioidentical Pregnenolone is Created Equal.

Naturally Processed - Industry Leading - Tested Quality Since 2000

We've been researching bioidentical pregnenolone for over 23 years. We know the dirty secrets and hidden gems of the pregnenolone industry inside and out. Who uses the latest science, is environmentally friendly, has high quality and standards, and WHO still uses toxic chemicals and polluting production methods.

Cleaner than the best drinking water money can buy.

Natural vs. Chemical Processing

Natural BioTransformation - Our pregnenolone supplier utilizes an environmentally friendly process called biotransformation. Biotransformation uses whole, non-GMO, wild yam tuber and transforms the active components directly into bio-identical pregnenolone. This cutting-edge pregnenolone biotechnology uses a series of special non-GMO micro-organisms to produce the world's cleanest pregnenolone leaving behind only compostable or recyclable waste. The finished pregnenolone is washed from the residual plant fiber using organic alcohol, dried, and ground into a micronized powder. The only remaining residue in the pregnenolone is a slight percentage of healthy waxy plant esters. Our purity ranges from 99.3 to 99.7 percent pure.

Chemical Processing - One 20-gram bottle of pregnenolone (derived from wild yam) produces over 230 pounds of unusable toxic waste from start to finish when made by chemical processing.
Most companies still use chemical processing to produce pregnenolone, and there's nothing natural about the process. The starting material is a commercially cultivated hybrid of "wild yam." The first production step uses a series of acids, microwave radiation, and caustic soda to extract the compound diosgenin from the "wild yam." They then use a technique called Marker Degradation which uses a series of chemical treatments using acetic anhydride, chromic acid, acetic acid, and caustic soda to turn the diosgenin into pregnenolone. Multiple steps are then used to strip the pregnenolone of these dangerous chemicals before being crystalized and ground into a micronized powder. This basic process has many different versions, depending on the company, but it's essentially the same.

Our Story

In late 2009, I visited our manufacturing partner in China. The owner's son was about my age (34 at the time) and had volunteered to conduct the tour of their plant. Eager to continue our visit, he insisted I join him for dinner at his favorite place. It had to have been the tiniest back-alley restaurant in Hong Kong! I would have been worried and hopelessly lost if we weren't friends. But it wasn't the excellent food that surprised me. It was a 2-page research paper he quietly slid my way under a glass of warm sake titled "Microbial Metabolism of Plant Sterols." After reading it, I shrugged my shoulders and started to hand it back to him. He immediately pushed it back and said, "Read... Again... Please." The second time through, it dawned on me. I was staring at the future of bioidentical pregnenolone and progesterone. My friend needed seed money to build a private lab to grow and test cultures. Simple. Right? Nope. What he did have was my seed money in less than 72 hours. We took possession and started distributing our first batch of biotransformed pregnenolone in 2019. Our confidentiality agreement allowed us to release this announcement as of August 1, 2023.
