General Detoxification Protocol

• BioActive Detox - 1 tsp daily with 8 oz of filtered water. With or without food as desired. If no specific toxic condition is present, then complete two bottles as a general cleanse, once a year.

Be sure to support the cleanse with the following products:

• BioActive Multivitamin - 2 caps in the morning with food.
• Increased Fiber intake to bind expelled toxins. Any good psyllium fiber will do just fine.
• Increase filtered water intake to 1 oz per pound of body weight up to a maximum of 4 liters. If this amount of water leaves you feeling depleted, add 1 dropperful of Ionic Magnesium per liter to your water to increase your electrolyte intake. 

Thyroid Detox Protocol

If you are experiencing symptoms of low thyroid function but your thyroid hormone levels are normal, you may need to do a whole-body thyroid detox. A thyroid detox may also be indicated if you are on thyroid medication, but are still experiencing symptoms.

• Thyroid Hormone Matrix - Detox Formula - 2 capsules per day in the morning for 6 months.
• Increase filtered water intake to 1 oz per pound of body weight up to a maximum of 4 liters. If this amount of water leaves you feeling depleted, add 1 dropperful of Ionic Magnesium per liter to your water to increase your electrolyte intake.
