Our Promise - We guarantee that you will receive your goods and go above and beyond to insure every shipment against damage, loss and theft.

We've been shipping products since 1996 and know exactly what to anticipate and what to do when delivery expectations fall short. Contact us ASAP if you have concerns and we will help navigate you through our process to ensure that you receive your goods.

What to Expect

Normal turnaround time is 1-2 business days from the time you place your order. We use a professional fulfillment center based in Carrolton Texas to process and ship your order. Your order data is sent to the fulfillment center imedeatly after you submit your order. Your order can not be edited, changed or canceled after it has been placed.

International FedEx Standard - You will receive your international order no later than 10-weeks from the date of shipment or we will replace or refund your order. *

International Mail - You will receive your international package no later than 13-weeks from the date of shipment or you will receive a replacement or refund.

Domestic USPS Mail and Free Shipping - If you don't receive your domestic order within 2-weeks of shipment (remote locations may take longer) will be replaced. *

Free Shipping - Based on the weight and size of your package, our Fulfillment Center will ship your packge via the most economical carrier service quoted by USPS and FedEx. These are usually the slowest services and can take up to an additional week to receive. 

Express & Time Sensitive Express Guranteed Delivery Services - These services are Transit Time and do not include our processing time of 1-2 business days. Transit times, unless expressly stated otherwise are based on Monday-Friday business days and guaranteed transit time starts AFTER we hand the package off to the carrier. If the carrier fails to deliver on time counting from when we hand the package over to the carrier, we will refund any shipping fees you paid. **

** Carrier Time Sensitive Guaraneed Delivery timelines are based on Monday-Friday business days unless otherwise expressly stated. Time guarantees may be suspended by the carrier from time to time without notice to us or you (the customer). Suspensions of time sensitive delivery guarantees will be noted on the carrier's website.

Terms and restrictions.

  1. Is it legal in your country? It is your responsibility to know your countries import laws and if a product is allowed into your country.
  2. Restricted products. Some countries reject specific products on a regular basis. If we know of a problem, we will list it on the individual product page.
  3. Multiple loss claims may result in your claim being denied. 
  4. Customs loss. If a shipment is lost due to customs confiscation/destruction, we will refund your money. Limit one instance per customer per 12 months.
  5. Customs return. If a shipment is rejected by customs and subsequently returned to us, we will refund your money.
  6. Unclaimed. If a shipment is returned to us due to being unclaimed, we will refund your money, less shipping.
  7. Refused and returned to sender. Shipping is non-refundable when a shipment is refused by a customer due to no fault of our own. This includes failure on the customer's part to pick up a package held at the local post office or FedEx distribution center.
  8. Import taxes. You are responsible for paying any import taxes charged by your country. Shipping is not refundable on packages returned to us due to refusal, or failure, to pay local import taxes This includes packages abandoned due to failure to pay customs fees or
  9. Address error. If a shipment is returned to us due to an address error, we will refund your order, less shipping.
  10. We ship to 90 international destinations. If you do not see your country listed during checkout, we do not ship there due to customs restrictions or other chronic problems we have experienced.
  11. International Shipping times can vary widely depending on the destination, service selected and customs processing delays.
