International - If you don't receive your international order after 10 weeks from the date of shipment we will replace your order. *
Domestic - If you don't receive your domestic order within 2 weeks of shipment (remote locations may take longer) will be replaced. *

Our international customers are very important to us, but there are additional terms and restrictions that apply.
- Is it legal in your country? It is your responsibility to know your countries import laws and if a product is allowed into your country. Multiple loss claims may result in your claim being denied.
- Customs loss. If a shipment is lost due to customs confiscation/destruction we will refund your money. Limit one instance per customer per 12 months.
- Customs return. If a shipment is rejected by customs and subsequently returned to us we will refund your money.
- Unclaimed. If a shipment is returned to us due to being unclaimed we will reship your order for an additional shipping fee or refund your order, less shipping.
- Address error. If a shipment is returned to us due to an address error we will reship your order for an additional shipping fee or refund your order, less shipping.
- We ship to most international destinations. If you do not see your country listed during checkout, we do not ship there due to customs restrictions or other chronic problems we have experienced.
- Shipping times can vary widely depending on the destination, service selected and customs processing delays. USPS can take up to 10 weeks. FedEx 1-4 weeks. DHL 4-14 business days.
