Suggested Usage

Use within three months of opening.

Oral: Shake well before use. Place 1/2 tsp. (2.5ml) or your desired dose in a small portion of water or juice. Drink quickly. It can be taken with or without food.
Topical: This is best if you desire microdosing of B vitamins. Absorption of B vitamins via topical application is much lower than oral consumption. The best locations are the soft inside skin of the arms and thighs or lower abdomen. Shake well before use. For the best results, apply freshly cleaned skin. Do not wash off for 6-12 hours. Photosensitizer Notice: Protect treated skin from sunlight exposure for 48 hours after application.
