Smell and Odor
Whole E is highly concentrated, minimally processed and is not deodorized. As a result, odor will vary from batch to batch and can have a bland to moderate smell and taste that is unpleasant to some. While this distinct characteristic is interpreted by some as being old, rancid, or fishy tasting it is in fact a result of volatile oils that are present in fresh, minimally processed, mixed tocopherols. Other forms of vitamin E, such as synthetic E and Alpha tocopherol are more heavily refined and are as a result are blander in taste and odor. Deodorization of mixed tocopherols is a common practice in the industry because of this odor/taste issue. To achieve this "deodorization" they use an additional high heat treatment that can degrade the nutritional quality of the final product.

another convenient form...
I like that this is a liquid product where I am not stuck into a certain dosage. If one day I want to use less than what I normally use, I can without having to open up a capsule.

Package did not arrive and customer service rude.
This is the third shipment that did not arrive. The customer support, Peter, asked "why I even bother to order at all", instead of trying to get to the root of the issue. Very disappointed with the unhelpful and unfriendly customer service even though the products I have ordered in the past were good.
