- Keep the product, we may want to perform additional testing.

Our Guarantee
We guarantee that our products will be free of defects for the product's life, or we will replace them, or issue a store credit, at no additional charge to you. *
We define a product's lifetime as follows.
Till the labeled expiration date (EXP) in its unopened state. Or.
Three years from the manufacture date (MFG) if no expiration date is listed and in its unopened state.
Opened freshness - Unless noted otherwise on the product page, we seek to give our preservative-free products a minimum safe use window of six months after opening. How long a preservative-free product will remain safe after opening depends highly on the end user and how the product is handled.
Free Replacement Requirements
- A minimum of ninety percent (90%) of the product must remain unused. **
- Proof of purchase. We will need information to locate your original order, email address, full name, mailing address, and billing address.
Prorated Store Credit
If the conditions for a free replacement are not met, but we deem the circumstances of your product concern to be of merit, we will offer a prorated store credit.
What we cover
- Damage
- Contamination
- Spoilage within the use by date on the product label or as marked on the product page.
- Any defect that leads to the product in the bottle not meeting our advertised or labeled standards.
What we don't cover
- Expired product. ***
- Spoiled products due to improper storage or handling, such as refrigeration or freezing after opening.
- Bacterial, mold, or fungal contamination due to improper use. Droppers should never touch your mouth or any surface other than the inside of the bottle. Measuring utensils such as scoops and scales should be kept clean and away from potential sources of contamination at all times.
- Opened products whose natural smell or taste you may find offensive or intolerable are not covered. We are happy to assess any product of concern to ensure it is not a quality problem.
* Non-consumables warranty
- Scales are guaranteed to be free of manufacturer's defect or failure for six (6) months from the date of purchase.
- Scoops are not covered unless they are malformed or received broken.
** Exceptions may apply on a case-by-case basis.
*** Product recalls that offered a free replacement. If the product in your possession was part of a free replacement recall, you are entitled to a replacement even if the product has expired. Proof of purchase requirements still apply.
