Rarely we will experience out of stock items due to manufacturer back log, back order status and approximate availability dates will be posted along side each item on this site as needed. If your order contains an out of stock item that we did not foresee being out of stock, we will contact you immediately and inform you of the expected ship date and offer you a refund if you so desire.

Orders received Monday through Friday, except on national & postal holidays, are usually processed & shipped within 24 hours of receipt.

Please allow 7-10 days for delivery, we will process your order as quickly as possible.

All orders from Natura Direct are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

New Sun Products are shipped UPS ground.
