Return Policy

Unopened, merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase for a full refund. Promotional guarantees on individual product excepted, terms of each promotion will be posted on the product page.

Merchandise returned within 90 days, but in excess of 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. In all returns except where noted below, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. No COD returns will be accepted. Refund will be made to the name of the original purchaser on record only.

In the unlikely event a customers receives an inaccurate order inconsistent with their original invoice, Health Natura, LLC will make all reasonable efforts to exchange the product sent in error for the proper product in as timely a manor as is possible. In no event will Health Natura assume responsibility/liability beyond delivering the ordered product.
