Policies

Fees are subject to change from time to time, however, if a fee has changed at your appointment you will receive one grace discount prior to moving to the higher fee schedule. Please also note, that as a ministry, we are willing to work with individuals of special need on a sliding scale or sponsorship. Current Fees and policies are posed here.

Initial consultation: $150 includes initial membership fee, full history, physical evaluation, and biofeedback testing; 60-90 min time slot. Add $50 for Cardiovascular risk assessment and Autonomic stress balance assessment (this is highly recommended, and is a $130 value each).

Follow up consultation: $150 Usually 6-8 weeks post initial visit includes full follow up and assessment of progress, physical evaluation, and biofeedback testing; 60-90 min time slot. Includes Autonomic stress balance assessment if done at previous appointment.

Cardiovascular risk progress assessment: $50 Usually 8-12 weeks post initial test and then at 6 month intervals if on therapy Annually if risk is in normal range.

Autonomic stress balance Progress assessment: $50 for monitoring if needed without full consultation.

Telephone Follow up: During Office hours and after hours – Free for calls less than 5 min. Calls over 5 min will be billed at a rate of $1.66 per min or $100 per hour. You will be asked to provide a credit card or debit card at the time of service to pay for the time you have used.

A 10 min grace for clarification and questions is allowed after each full Initial consultation and full Follow up consultation, this time does not accrue over multiple visits if unused.

Emergent calls: Due to high call volume we return calls in the order they were received, unless there is a medical question or need of high priority. Usually we will return your call with 24 hours.

To receive priority standing simply call our office at 205-758-3373 or 877-204-0928, if you get our answering service, simply press zero ‘0’ and you will forwarded to our priority messaging service. If you reach a staff member, please state that you need priority standing. We will do our best to respond within 1 hour. If you have not received a response within one hour, there may have been a technical failure, please page us again.

Emails: You may contact us via email, for scheduling, scheduling changes, orders, and pick-ups. For Questions or concerns, if you have significant details that you would like to write out you may email as well, however unless the required response is brief, you will receive a call response and the above Telephone policies will apply.

Testing assessment policies: We will provide a hard copy of all testing reports and will verbally explain the results to you. Due to time and resource constraints we do not write customized summery explanations or assessment reports of our findings.

Additional services and therapies are available and can be quoted upon request or will be provided when a procedure is recommended.
