Fees are subject to change without notice from time to time, however, if a fee has changed at your appointment you will receive one grace discount prior to moving to the higher fee schedule. Please also note, that our outreach ministry does sponsor individuals of special need on a sliding scale.

Not all cases require In-Depth consultations.

DPA testing & Cardiovascular risk assessment: This test is a simple measure of arterial flexibility, a significant factor in arterial disease. The test does not detect blockages or abnormal heart rhythm and does not replace a ECG/EKG or other heart evaluation by a qualified physician. No test is absolute for evaluating heart disease nor is there any one treatment that has been proven to absolutely reverse heart disease.

Telephone Follow up: During Office hours – Free for calls less than 5 min for clarification and questions. Calls over 5 min will be billed at a rate of $1.66 per min or $100 per hour. You will be asked to provide a credit card or debit card at the time of service to pay for the time you have used.

Calls after hours: Emergent only. Fees above apply to calls over 5 min.

Emergent calls: Due to high call volume we return calls in the order they were received, unless there is a medical question or need of high priority. Usually we will return your call with 24 hours.

To receive priority standing simply call our office at 205-758-3373 if you get our answering service, simply call and leave two consecutive messages. If you reach a staff member, please state that you need priority standing. We will do our best to respond within 1 hour. If you have not received a response within one hour, there may have been a technical failure, please page us again.

Emails: You may contact us via email, for scheduling, scheduling changes, orders, and pick-ups. For Questions or concerns, if you have significant details that you would like to write out you may email as well, however unless the required response is brief, you will receive a call response and the above Telephone policies will apply.

Testing assessment policies: We will provide a hard copy of all testing reports and will verbally explain the results to you. Due to time and resource constraints not all tests come with customized summery explanations or assessment reports of our findings. If such a report is necessary, there is a fee of $100 per hour to produce the report for you. Patients take priority, and the time to write your report will be scheduled when time is available.

Additional services and therapies are available and can be quoted upon request or will be provided when a procedure is recommended.
